For the question regarding FRBM act, Option 4 is wrong. How come state can maintain fiscal decipline with reduction in revnue. It should be redction in liabilities not revenue.

As per my view - Question ID 79840726917 in paper -1 (06 Aug 2017) In telugu version they asked which is the heaviest satellite launching vehicle (Upagraha vahakam) launched by india but given options all are satellites only (i.e GSAT is a communication satellite but not a launching vehicle).
