Civil Services(Prelims) is conducted in English and Hindi but not in Telugu or any other local language. This is unfair. Do you agree

UPSC is allowing aspirants to write civil services mains in any Official languages but the same option is not being given in preliminary test of civil services. The reach of English is even today very limited. On the other hand, Hindi is spoken by around 45% of population which meant the language many a times is preferred to be imposed as national language not spoken half of population.
When CSE (P) is tested in English and Hindi, it forfeits the ability of other aspirants who are not well conversant with these languages. Many feel that adding a preferred language (official language of SCHEDULE 8) is a difficult task and transparency issue. Therefore, to provide a level playing field to non English and Hindi aspirants the subject issue need to be referred to a committee to study pros and cons.
I strongly feel the CSE (P) must be provided in other languages besides Hindi and English
