America pulling out of climate change accord. What will be the impact of this decision?

Paris climate change accord is a milestone in containing global temperature by not raising two degree celcius. 193 members of UN members agreed to paris climate change accord in 2015 . Barak Obama who was president of US in 2015 agreed to the deal on Climate Change. Interestingly US is second largest green house gas emitter despite that US led by Donald Drump had taken decision to be out of Paris CC accord, such decision shows US insensitivity in global problem and lack of morality in reducing emissions.
Being US is a developed and rich country, it's role in assisting to climate fund and promoting clean technologies is epected , such opportunity is missed now. It may help US Govt to save funding to green projects but it lost clean energy solutions market.
Now the onus is on China and EU which account for 39% GHG emissions to lead rest of the nations to make successful the PARIS accord. The other members of UNSC do not leave USA from going away taking responsibility of it's role in spreading emissions in atmosphere because it is a global issue and related to life of all. The island nations are already on verge of merge. Many parts across the globe are eperiencing severe weather changes.
